Maple (251) Limited is a ‘not for profit’ Residents Property Management Company. It is the means by which the owners of apartments and houses in the Cathedral Walk Development, Lichfield share ownership and responsibility for the maintenance of the private communal roads and footpaths that provide essential access to their properties.

Cathedral Walk Development was completed by Charles Church Homes in
2006. It comprises 37 apartments
in Harleston
House,
Eaton House, Kemberton House and 14 houses in Allington Avenue (Nos.
9 - 25, 30 - 34) and Deykin Road (Nos. 35 - 39).
WHY DOES MAPLE 251
NEED TO EXIST?
Maple 251 is the registered freeholder of the the "Amenity Land": the private communal block paved roadways, footpaths and gates, that provide access to the 51 properties in the Development. The property owners have an equal share in Maple 251 a company created for the purpose of overseeing, managing and maintaining the Amenity Land.
