The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Maple (251) Limited is held in February each year. The next AGM will take place in February 2021 and is usually held  in the Darwin Hall meeting room.

Special or extraordinary general meetings may be called to discuss urgent issues.

All property owner members can attend and participate at the meetings but there is an entitlement to only one vote per property ownership.
